To help spread the NWHW messaging, OWH has developed a collection of ready-to-use social media posts, graphics, and stickers. These downloadable shareables are designed to highlight important health messages, showcase helpful resources, and inspire action within your community.

Sample Social Media Messages

OWH has developed a series of messages for use by federal partners and non-federal collaborators to use across their social media to uplift the messaging of NWHW. Explore the messages below which align with the NWHW daily themes and share these messages using the hashtag #NWHW.

Day 1 - Empowering Women in Their Health Journey

  • Download the Materials and Plan your Content Calendar: Share the sample social media posts and graphics below throughout the week. Use #NWHW in your posts and tag @womenshealth on Twitter/X or @HHSOWH on Facebook.
  • Customize Your Message: Add your organization’s unique voice or tailor the messages to connect with your community.

Usage Recommendations:

  • Highlight Daily Themes: Use the shareables to emphasize the specific daily topic of NWHW and include the graphics to visually engage your audience.
  • Encourage Engagement: Ask your network to share your posts and share their own experiences, tips, and questions related to the daily themes. Use the posts and graphics as conversation starters to encourage community interaction and discussion.

Digital Stickers

OWH has crafted a collection of custom digital stickers for NWHW. These stickers are accessible below and in our GIPHY library. They are designed to complement your posts on Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms that support GIPHY integration. To view and save the stickers below, click "View sticker" and “Download sticker”. To access and use the stickers directly through social media platforms, follow the instructions below. 

Instagram Stories:

  • Open the Instagram app and create a new story.
  • Tap the sticker button (a smiley face with a peeled bottom-right corner) stickers at the top.
